Holly Manoogian, CCH 

Executive Director

Holly Manoogian brings over 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, education, and homeopathy. Formerly a field biologist and educator, she spent much of her early career supporting marginalized youth through outdoor education and community-based programs. After discovering homeopathy’s alignment with individualized, whole-person care, Holly completed formal training through the New England School of Homeopathy and maintained a private practice in New Hampshire for over 15 years, including co-directing a free clinic for children and youth. She joined Homeopaths Without Borders in 2010 following the earthquake in Haiti and became Executive Director in 2011. Holly continues to focus on training volunteers, building local partnerships, and expanding access to homeopathic care in under-resourced communities.​
